The old pier is floating on a postmodern water-wave form to make a balance between old and new.

All elderly, employed as waiters, waitress, cook and performers, will share their skills and feelings to our young generation.

Spirit Spatial Studio keep the archetypical structure with the form and create a sequence of dramatic curve lines which enclose the restaurant and create different levels and forming different zones for cooking, dining and entertaining.

The space is a harmony between the elderly and the young, the old tradition architectural language and postmodern architectural language.
